Very strange question? Not clear what you mean. The only think I can think of (with a lot of imagination) is that you do not want full screen menu displayed ever. If that's really what you intended by your question: (rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Uncheck/deselect "Enable full screen skin". (Exit and restart required)
