Remove BS. Player ControlBar

I can't remove the Toolbar through
# #Click the Start menu.
# #Select Control Panel.
# #Click Uninstall a program under Programs. (Or click Programs and Features.)
# #Right-click the relevant toolbar and select Uninstall.

I have now two:
BS_Player_ControlBar_B
and
BS_Player_ControlBar

T have the error message (see ScreenShot002.jpg)
