Capabalities to Render 1080p, 10bit, .mkv files on Sony Xperia Sola using BSPlayer?

HI Guys,

Well, I'm planning to buy Xperia Sola but don't have any idea if that phone can render 1080p, 10bit, .mkv video files smoothly or not [Especially HD anime with subtitle] since it only have Integrated 720p HD video camera.

The Sola spec is 1GHz dual-core Novathor Processor, 512MB ram, Mali-400 GPU.

If it can't render 1080p, than maybe I goes for Xperia P which already have integrated 1080p HD video recording camera, and the other spec is the same like Xperia Sola.

There is no connection between camera and rendering capabilityes. You can have a camera that records 1440p with a CPU that can't play 480p (in theory). The most important are the CPU and the graphic accelerator.
An A8 processor, 1,2 GHz single core should be enough for that.

You mean 1.2 GHz single core should be enough to render 1080p? So, that means it should be smoothly rendered on 1GHz dual-core processor right? Thanks pal
