Play Video in SW mode very lag

Hi ,

My phone is Samsung Galaxy S duos s7562.

I encounter video lagging problems on 2 types video files,
1).rmvb (RealVideo 4,RV40,Based on AVC (H.264))
2).mp4 (MPEG-4,Base Media,isom)

Audio are smooth, picture very lag only.
When BSplayer play on SW mode, for sure lag.

1)Is there's any method solve this problem?
Or Control it play in HW mode?
It always unable play this two type files in HW mode.

2)Or need to install codec? How?
