Subs&Avi problems in Win 7

Hi everyone;

i got two problems now.

1) When i try to play a video with bsplayer, the player is trying to connect to internet and download subtitles to the file. and after like 10 seconds the player crashes. how can i fix this? i want to disable automatic subtitle search.

2) i have a file in ".avi" format and when i try to play it with bsplayer, the file connects to internet and goes to a website of a differen media player. how can i prevent this from happening?
