Thanks for the suggestion, but I already have DivX codec pack and XviD codecs installed on my computer. The problem isn't with the codecs. It's just that it refuses to play anything, and I do mean anything. It won't even play mp3 files. (Not that I honestly know if it's even supposed to be able to do that.) My other players, WMP 9,0 and DivX Player works just fine, so I know that it isn't the codecs.

I would appreciate any help I can get. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
