picture slow audio un sync

ok i just run one of the big bang theory old epizodes and it starts lagging with framing picture on 1 per second and audio late by alot... its strange because i started sae file in media plaer and divix player and it works perfect there...
any ideas to fix it? ( i reinstall graphic card , bs player so far)

its strange because only season1 dosnt work season 2 works fine (they are in same disk and directory)
