Default BSPlayer says error before running: Can not access temp dir

I restarted my computer while BSPlayer was running.
Always, when I run BSPlayer after this restart he says this error: Can not access temporary directory and then ends.
I think it is problem about preferences in Registry or INI, but if I reinstall BSPlayer, these files stay without change, so reinstalling is without any result.

Know somebody how can I reinstall BSPlaye including THESE FILES? Or do you know about any other idea?

Thx a lot,
bye

Default i have exactly the same problem

i restarted my computer like you did and now i got the similiar problem and don't know waht to do. it is really very strange, because i thought that an uninstaller would uninstall totally, but with windows it seems to be an illusion  i hope that somebody can fix this problem because the bs-player is a really cool program especially to play ac3-files,
greetings,

I got the same error when my machine crashed with BSPlayer running.
I ran Chkdsk from the command prompt, and that fixed it. You should have said yes to both disk checking options when your machines were booting up after the restart.

don't you ever read faqs or use search buttons ?
it would spare you some time...

(sorry if I'm rude, but search the forum with keywords "temporary" and "directory", you'll see this matter has been answered many many times, AND it's in the faq...)
