Do you refer to SUP subtitles ? Ripped subtitles from BR disks in MKV containers ?
If so, at this moment, as far as I know, only VLC have support for them.

First info refer to an MPEG/MPEG2 file, the second info to an MPEG4-AVC file with included VobSub subtitles.
Last ones should work if Vsfilter is installed and in BSPlayer's subtitles preferences you enable VobSub support.
Which version of BSPlayer are we talking bout ?
