Default Please Help. I see everything GREY

When I play some divx videos, there appears all the screen in Grey.

It happens the same with the Windiws media oplayer. I have all teh codecs.

I had had same problem with some older movs encoded with divx ;-) . The solution was ffdshow.

goto the preferences, -> divx settings
slide all the sliders to the middle,

grey image should be fixed.

Default About the grey color..........

Check if you have enabled the "enable greyscale " when you are encoding (this happens on xvid i think.........)

Default Still with problem with grey screen

i wonder which codec has the solution to the grey screen problem ?
Divx , Xvid, ffdshow or just a change of settings ?
