ok...I have tried to fix this problem and in the previos message I didn't know what is the cuase of it in the first place.
now I know exactly what is the cause and how to correct it.

the casue is a program installed on the machine which is called
" PC Booster" that boosts the computer up, that is the problem.
now if you have that program installed already, by uninstalling it, it will not solve the problem, you need read my previos artice on how to reinstall windows98 se by pqmagic and making it 8k sector insted of 4k sector.
if you still have any problems just give me a message. :D

next time if you install win98 se don't install the PC booster other wise it will happen the same problem.
