OGM + OGG codec error

ahh.... someone help me. I have the OGG\OGM codec installed and all other neccessary files, but NONE of my players can open files with the extension of *.ogg or *.ogm Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? or is it just my crappy comp?

I can play ogg files in BSPlayer but only if i open them from within the player. If i double click on an ogg file in windows explorer the player will open but it will not play the file.
