Vid Capture Frame-What You See?

Hi new to BS and am trying the newest v1.00.for the capture frame is choice of "original or "What you See".i dont see any difference in them.Shouldnt "What you See" give you a capture the same size,color,contrast,etc. as you see on your screen?..Lerch
