cannot handle multiple selections(or multiple file names) I just discovered your "Bsplayer" while surfing through a magazine CD. The next step was to surf through Internet and download the latest verson. It is amazing to see what a masterpiece you have built. The Customisation Options are the Best I have ever seen. But something strange happened(an error message). Due to which I'am writing this letter to you. ----------My Version : 1.00 RC1 Build 803 24 Nov 2003------------- I have attached a capture of two error messages which I saw(step 4 and step 6). Now this is what Actually happened--- 1. I made Bsplayer the default player for my .dat files. 2. In windows I choose 4(four) .dat files by selecting them all at once. 3. in the Context Menu I choose "Open" 4. Here Comes the First Error Message 5. I selected "Close". 6. Here Comes the second error message. 7. I selected "Close". Note--when the files were _4_ step 4-7 repeated twice Strange-1- 8. The bsplayer started playing the last file only. Strange-2- (on repeating above steps) Note--when the files were _4_ step 4-7 repeated once 8. Illegal Action was performed(as said by a windows message box). 9. The bsplayer was terminated(automatically). MY CONCLUSION -- Bsplayer cannot handle multiple selections(or multiple file names as parameter) while starting. My Idea -- Bsplayer should add multiple selections(file_names) as play list when given as startup Parameter. |
