Error message launching BSPlayer 2.69 PRO

Hello everybody. After installing and launching BSPlayer 2.69 Pro, the application did not respond for many seconds and an error message here attached is shown, instead. I think I've installed the application properly and I don't know how to fix it. Many thanks in advance for helping me. Best regards, greysmouth BO IT.
