Pop-up player unable to move - always in left upper corner

just bought the full version of bs player and found a issue with the popup player.

Whether in Landscreens mode or not, on my device the video in the pop-up player can not be moved. Meaning when I try to move the popup window, the video stays constantly in the upper left corner and only the controls can be moved across the screen. Resize of the video works fine

I have a rooted LG G4 with Cyanogen Mod (Beanstalk).

It is not due to the settings of the BS player since I have tried everything other decoder (HW / SW). Also other overlay apps are already disabled. Permissions should also fit.

I do not know what to do other than this to fix it, maybe someone had a similar issue and I can be helped in this forum or it is a bug in the app?
