Frame Capture 0kbs?

Okay..I paused the movie I was playing, and picked "Capture Frame"..when I go to the BSPlayer folder to find the picture, the 'bscap000.jpg' is there, but with 0 kilobytes. What's wrong? How do I fix this? Is it working for everyone else? Do I need to change options? Thanks in advance.
