Default cant watch a video file

im tring to watch this file :
Halo.S02E07.HDR.2160p.WEB.h265-ETHEL[TGx]
but when i try to watch my bsplayer is geting stuck like im watching a movie with 5 fps
getng stuck for 1 sec every few sec
what to do ?
i tried uninstall and reinstall after... still the same
in other app like vlc or plex same file working good

Sounds like BSPlayer might be struggling with HDR HEVC (H.265) playback, especially at 2160p. Since the same file works fine in VLC and Plex, it’s probably not the file itself but how BSPlayer handles that codec. Try updating your video drivers and make sure hardware acceleration is enabled in BSPlayer. If that doesn’t solve it, the easiest fix may be to keep using VLC or another player that fully supports HDR HEVC without stutter.

BS.Player often struggles with 4K HDR HEVC. If VLC runs it fine, it’s likely a codec or hardware decoding issue on BS.Player’s side. You could try disabling HW acceleration in BS.Player settings, but honestly VLC is the safer option here.
