error kernel with ogm

i've got an error kernel with ogm,when i right clic in the taskbar on the oggds icon.
see below:

I 've got this error with the latest tobias OggDS0995.exe.

And the error pops up only when richt-click on systray icon. If you wach a file normally nothing happends ?

Yes,the errror pops up only if i right clic,but i can see entirely my file without any problems.
my ogm has got 2 Audio,and i must be careful,when i right clic in the taskbar :3 icons which are "reclock,directvobsub,and oggds".
this afternoon, i discover an another error,it's an access violation:
1) if i see my ogm on the monitor of my pc: all right
2) if i slide the display of Bsplayer between my monitor to TV:Access violation
3) if i send my display of Bsplayer (without sliding between displays): all right. :roll:

This post is exactly what i saw on my pc.
Those tests are very interesting.
And my Conclusion is the same as "Wormlord1442":

Conclusions:

Old BSPlayer using overlay mode 2 is still the safest way to watch subtitled files, and the newest BSPlayer still has many problems loading filters (specially DVobSub).
