ajaxx is an unknown quantity at this point

Critical error when closing BSplayer

when i close BSP i allways receive the following Critical error

Access violation at address 00403094 in module BSPlay.exe. Read of address 74206566

after clicking okay the program wont shut down, i have to use task manager to kill process. What could i do?
