do you have similar problem?

I was dissapointed when 100.80x ended with this messages. I have tried everything. Other version, hex editing exe but without any effect.

The solution was simply. Installing service pack (SP1) on WinXP. Thats all.

Cause:
Author of Bsplayer calls in source code API ExitWindowsEx(EWX_SHUTDOWN, ...).
In Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1) and the Windows Server 2003 family, Windows treats the EWX_SHUTDOWN flag the same as the EWX_POWEROFF flag. That is, Windows turns off the power after it shuts down the computer if the computer supports the power-off feature.

For other version of M$ i dont know. Try send email to the autors to change API calling.
I used this program http://users.pandora.be/jbosman/applications.html - powerOFF and set how many seconds left to the end of movie.
