Problems loading a movie from cd drive, instead of harddisk

I'm trying to load a movie from the cd drive and I receive the following error message before the program is abortded:

BSPlayer v1.00.807, Unhandled exception at EIP: 77E53887
If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.
Please report this info to the author with description what were you doing.

Is there also a subtitle file in the CD? or some file with same name as the movie?
