"Unhandled exception at EIP" bugs for ANY new anim

I'm getting errors similar to this when I try to play new anime releases, if I press continue and then play, it still works fine but it's very annoying. I've redownloaded and installed twice with no difference. I never had any problems until I got the recent version, do you know where I get an older release or fix this crazy bug?

Here are some examples of what specific releases produce this error:

[Shinsen-Subs Ragnamart] Ragnarok The Animation (any)
[Anime-Keep]_Chrno_Crusade (any)
[E-F]_Hikaru_no_Go (any)
Full Metal Alchemist 44 by Sonchou and Shinsen

as I said... pretty much just new stuff. It all plays fine with Mplayer.
