New Chapter feature in 492

Ok, i've test the new chapter features, and a bug appears...

First the shortcut Ctrl+Z never worked for me.
The new highlight features seems to work, but if you reach the last chapter and the if you press Ctrl+B then it crashes...

Thanks for the new version...
