Default Bug in playlist; crash with real audio (.rm) files

I'm using BS player mostly for playing real audio-files (bsplayer allows me to listen to them without installing the evil real player which i hate).
All files play ok, but when you click on certain files in the playlist i get an exception.
I think it has something to do with the tag-info in some files. I also noted that even on the files without a problem the playlist wrongly identifies them as mp3 files.
I've attached 2 small files as an example; Goodbye.rm is ok and CocaineBlues.rm raises an exception.

BSPlayer v1.00.809, Unhandled exception at EIP: 00495E6C
If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.

Cocaine plays fine here, single file or started from the playlist.

As i have posted, it plays ok as single file and from inside the playlist, even among some real MP3s. No error.

See attachement.

so when you open a playlist, add CocaineBlues to the list, and then select (single click) the file in the playlist, you don't get an error? it gives you the filetype and details etc? which version of bs are you using? and which OS?
