V3rt!g(o) is an unknown quantity at this point

try removing anything related to divx, xvid, mp3, ac3 and so on.
remove all codec packs like nemo, tsunami. install only one version of divx, xvid, ac3 filter (moonlight is the simpliest).
try using system restore.
