DIVX6 & subtitle problem

if you play a movie with subtitle (srt), say, for 10 minutes,
you stop the bsplayer,
then you play the same movie again,
the movie will start at the 10 minutes point,
BUT the subtitle will start from the beginning

i have this problem ONLY after DIVX6 was installed.
i reinstall DIVX5.21, the problem is gone.
