Are you sure? I just tried with BSplayer v2.12 (2.14 is on another PC) and it worked... just select the added extension (not chek, but just highlight it), then press the remove button ;) If you still have problem post again and we'll find another solution (maybe by editing bsplayer.xml file ;) )

Yes, I tried 2.21 Pro and it does not work also. 1.41 - it did not work too. What editing of the xml file? You mean this line? Code: <RegExt type="string">ASF;ASX;AVI;DAT;DIVX;M2V;MKV;MPEG;MPG;VOB;WMV;TS;RM;RAM;MOV;3GP;WM;</RegExt>

Hi! If you want to remove added extensions, you have to delete this line: Code: <CustomExt type="string">;*.EXT</CustomExt> I don't know if you can remove default extensions, never tried... otherwise the line you pointed can come in help

No "CustomExt" string found at ALL in my BSplayer.xml file, orginally from v2.21 install. And just once again in case you miss it - I want remove the DEFAULT extensions that are there by some misteke or something, like mp2, m3, m3u and such that are there for WinAMP and never for BSplayer... And it never worked for me, ever.
