Ok I discovered, that problem with "cutted" subtitles will happen only with Haali media splitter (but subtitles are outside MKV in SRT format, so what???)
With Gabest everything OK.
So the problem with missed diacritic characters is caused evidently by Haali...hmmm very strange.
Ok, at now I use Gabest and everything seems OK (except that movie window can't be moved up out of the main screen :) )
