Have you tried to reset the keys assigned in BS.Player (Options -> Key definitions & WinLIRC- > Reset to default)?
Otherwise try this utility and blank all keys, then in BSplayer reset everything to default...
As last alternative, rename (or delete) the file C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\BSplayer\bsplayer.xml
if you can't find that file there, search in BSplayer installation folder
