Default Resizing Video Screen Bug / Issue

I have just installed BS.Player PRO 2.24 and when a video is playing I am unable to resize it by clicking in the corner of the video screen and dragging it to resize it, even though the mouse cursor changes to the resize mode.
However if I stop the video I can resize it using this method and also if I click on the video screen and scroll the mouse wheel this works for resizing it as well.

Any one else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I confirm this bug. BTW, I reinstalled from 2.23. I now use 2.24 954.
