Since you posted here in bug section, have you read the stickied topic "PLEASE READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING !!" first? You'll be surely able to find the solution to your problem there (check codecs required with GSpot or similar, install the proper codecs, maybe FFDShow, stay away from codec packs, etc.)
