audio track delay

I would really love to see this feature being implemented. Sometimes movies aren't synchronous all the time. If you could change the audio track delay dynamically it would be awesome!

btw mplayer (www.mplayerhq.hu) supports this.

did development actually stop?
is there any site similiar to bsplay.com which is dead since a few months?
