Support for SSA Subtitles (Substation Alpha)

SSA is a popular Subtitelformat for Hard-Encoding.

SSA Supports more SFX Featers than SRT. (Different Colours, Karaoke, Blend Effekcts, Move, Transform and and and....

SSA will have breakthrough, when the Matroska Format will replace OGM

on the Web, there are some SSA Filters like Vobsub, Textsub, waiting to be a part of BSplayer
