Option FILMSTARTTIME is necessary...

Excuse for bad English. I use the program a translator.

I offer to include in INI the file option FILMSTARTTIME. For implementation of playing of parts from the program of the launcher.

For example, at pressing one of pictures of parts of film, it is started BSplayer with BSI, time of the beginning of this part is read out and review of film from now on is started.
