Just a stupid question perhaps:
You are aware of BSPlayer's playlist possibilities?

You can add individual files (either single files or multiple files in the usual Windows manner) as well as entire folders (directories) and the files will in principle stay there until you remove them. You can also save playlist-files. Open playlist (e.g. using [Alt]+[E] shortcut-key-combination) and then rightclick on the playlist to see the options.

P.S.:
Perhaps also check out playlist's preferences (default) options under
(rightclick >) "Options" > "Preferences"> "Playlist"

That's quite correct. However, if you work from within playlist or if you use "Enqueue" option, the file will be added to the existing playlist (and - of course - you can always save playlists.)

The development of version 2.0 is "made public" in "BSplayer Save" section of this forum; check out almost at the bottom of this post.
Further adicoto (like me) is a translator of BSPlayer's language file.
In the most recent language file there is already a definition "Media Library" (in anticipation of ....).
