Default TV Cropping

Ok, with many DIVX (in fact most) they are cropped in the 16:9 aspect ratio. Now this is good, but with respect to reproducing it on a 4:3 aspect ratio TV or Monitor, you have to put up with those big black lines top and bottom to crop the image without stretching it.

Now, With BS player i know you can stretch the image to the 4:3 ratio, but it doesn't crop the image on left and right sides so everybody looks very tall! How can i use either BSPlayer, or TV Tool (if anybody knows how to fix it using that) to bring the image back up to the 4:3 ratio, however cropping the frame left and right so that the image is not stretched (just like many movies on Television and VHS appear).

I hope somebody can help me.

Thank You-
