when I play a Avi File it's out of Sync. how do I fix it

From what you say, I guess that useally it works fine, therefor a solution could be to use virtualdub to save the audio and video into a new file by adding a delay (choose interleaving in the audio menu).

before you edit the video file check out if it works ok with some other player .if it does , check out the decoder's post processing settings.. set them to minimum and also check your overlay settings
