Problem playing in 16:9 mode

Hi, i'm using BS Player for a while, I have LCD TV 1080p and when i try to select 16:9 or 16:10 ratio in BS Player in Full Screen mode, my screen blinding every 5-6 seconds, but if i select original ratio or anamorphic ratio its working good, is there any way to fix 16:9 mode problem? please help me
