Default Subtitles dont work in XP

Hi!

I cant seem to get subtitles to work at all.. i've tried directvobsub and bsplayer.. In bsplayer i load the subtitle (.sub) and then i open the subtitles options by rightclicking the movie screen and the Show Subtitles and font options are greyed! It doesn't seem to load the subtitles at all though i have tried loading it many times..
Subtitles have worked before, but not anymore.. :(
So please if anyone knows anything about this, please help!

I use the 488 build and I never had problems with subtitle in sub format...
I use bsi file to automatically load subtitle file.

But i dont think its a problem with bsplayer only, because i cant get subs to work in 'Windows Media Player' either.. the only program i have got subtitles working on is 'DivX Subtitle Displayer'..
So if anyone has any clue what might be the problem, i'd appreciate it very much!

Hi Guest,

I had the same problem when the complete section related to control of the subtitles was greyed..
So, try to do the following:

1. Open BSPlayer
2. Choose movie
3. Right click on the skin of BSplayer, choose option "Load subtitles..", choose subtile file
4. Right click on screen window, choose menu item "Subtitles" and manipulate subtitle options, now they are not greyed.

Have fun.
