Default back screen on TV-out with nVidia card

Hi,

I just discovered BS player and I already LOVE it ! But I have a problem with the TV-out function of my GeForce2 GTS video card with a BT868 TV chip : I use TV Tool 6.8 and when I switch to TV mode the player screen is drawn in black (in fullscreen all the picture is black, and in windowed mode, only the player window is black...)

I suspected a problem with overlay or something like this, so I tried to play with RGB and overlay options, but nothing worked :-(

Berfore BS player, I used WMP 6.4 and it worked fine on TV mode, so I don't know why BS player causes these problems...

Hope someone will help me ;-)

cheers,

Rico

if you're using the clone option ( the tv shows your computer screen )
you should try the desktop mode in bsplayer. I don't know if it'll work but it won't cost you anything trying ( shortcut D )
hope it helps

just set TV as primary monitor and it will be ok. (but you won't see the movie on the monitor :) or download older detonators

Default Look at the refresh rate of your monitor

I had the same problem using tvtool. Try to set the refresh rate of your main monitor to 85 Hz in Desktop properties. That solved my problem with bsplayer and tvtool and the black screen on tv.
