Is someone know a way to resynchro a .txt subtitle file ?

You'll find many subtitling utilities on www.divx-digest.com , some of them are dedicated to subtitles timing.

I've heard recently of an app that everyone seems to think of as the definitive subtitling utility: Subtitle Workshop 2
I believe it could help you (I have never tried it myself)
