The video freezes
 

Every time I a movie the movie freezes then goes on the freezes and continues and I can't see the freezed parts it's like skipping parts and it works very slow I tried making the playback rate higher and it's still pretty laggy, I tried prioroty and it keeps freezing.
when I watch tv shows the video dosen't freeze at all.

If you need this information, I use windows 7, intel inside i3 and my graphic card is intel hd 3000
