Default loading subtitles file from a different dir?

hi,

normally subtitiles files are loaded automatically
if u put them in the same dir as the movie (.avi)

there is a "load subtitle" feature in bsplayer
is it possible to load a sub file which is not in the same
dir as the .avi file?

i tried and it didn't work

if not, is it possible at all? w/ another player?
any sugguestions?

the reason why i want to do that, is that i d/l a movie
which fits on a 80' cdr w/o the sub file

thanks

Default Should definitely work...

On my computer, using overlay mode 2 causes BSPlayer to crash as
soon as I try to load a subtitle, so use mode 1.

If you want to load a subtitle automatically and it's not in the same
directory as the player, you will have to use a BSI (INI) file.

Cheers, Smarties :P

You can set subtitle dir (under Preferences, General Tab).
Then put all subtitles in this dir (shoud have the same name as movie) and they will be auto loaded.
