redpaul is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Choosing the second audio stream when the player start.

I think the only solution is to use a "private" INI file with the following sections:

-----------------
[Main]
NumberCDs=1
CD=1

[Movie]
Title="MOVIE'S TITLE" (Optional)
Directory=\
FName=NAME_OF_YOUR_AVI_FILE.avi
AudioName1=English
AudioName2=Japanese

[Subtitles]
Directory=subtitles\
Sub1=Eng.sub
Sub2=jap.sub
DefaultSub=2

[Options]
AudChan=2
FullScreen=1
ExitAtEnd=1
----------------------

Simply include this "private" ini file in the command line (shortcut) of BSPlayer. I.E. c:\bplay "inifile.ini"

With a view to subtiltes we are of course about SRT, SUB, TXT files (not VOBSUB files).
