1CD subtitles for 2CD

I heard, that there is a possibility to play files from 2 CDs in one playlist with the subtitles made for one CD. Please, tell me, is it possible and if yes - HOWTO?

Check the sound on the movies to decide where to cut.
Use notepad to split the subtitlefile into two subtitlefiles.
After that use SubSync to synchronisize every part seperately.
