Open the file with subtitles from HTML file

Is it possible to open file with subtitles in BSPlayer from HTML file (there will be link to bsplay.exe) ? I tried it but I was not successful. I have correct ini file (it works directly without problems) but when I try to open BSPlayer from html file it doesn't open the movie file and subtitles. The CD is completely in HTML and there are PDF files and two MPEG videos. Each video has three subtitles versions.

Is it possible to have more ini files and choose automatically the right one (e.g. depends on the language version of the html file)?
