Enable auto load external audio?

I enable Enable auto load external audio, and
if name1.mp4 and name1.mp3 put into same foler, when play video it will load the name1.mp3 automatically.

However, if I have 2 file like name1.eng.mp3 and name1.fra.mp3.
how to make it autoload eng and also able to right click the video and select auto from another audio stream?

it not convenience to load the video first, then manually load external audio eng and fra and then able to switch by using the audio stream function.
