BS Player Unsolved problems!

Dear sir, I am a prolific fan of BS player and I have been using it for more than 6 years! But I am facing some issues with BS player regarding sutitles! I am having a huge collection of HD mkv files with .H264 and the subtitles are hdmvsub (The same subtitle used in BD/HD DVD) muxed in it! I can add external subtitles easily and they are working fine! But I cant get external subs for all my files as there are no suitable subs available! So please help me in switching on my muxed subs! I cant even use subtitle menu as it is blank as if ther were no subs! Help needed! Cheers...
