Default Screenshots wont work

I cant get bsplayer to take screeshots like its supposed to. Is there some special trick to it because ive tried a bunch of settings and stuff.

describing your problem more precisely would help...
can't you make captures at all ? are your captures 'scrambled' ?

if your captures are 'scrambled', you can try and change overlay settings (preferences --> video), disable overlay, use VMR9...
in current build 501, it looks like using the convert formats option is not a good idea

Default Ahhh okay

No thats the thing when i do the capture button, nothin pops up, i dont see any capture, nothin at all. I have no idea what is supposed to happen when you press the capture button.

There is no notification that the capture has been taken, if that's what you're thinking (except an OSD message displayed shortly)

go to your bsplayer directory (or the directory you have defined in the preferences where the pictures should be stored) and you should have some bscapxxxx.jpg files here, your screen captures (bmp files if the screenshots were taken in VMR9 mode)
as stated in the message I linked above, overlay mode 2 doesn't allow screen captures: in that case, nothing happens at all
